Terms of sale

Products and ordering

T-Shärk sells clothing with Estonian place names. Product descriptions show the main characteristics, materials, variants and measurements. Select a colour and size and check the size chart. Screen settings can affect displayed colours but do not limit your right to goods that match their description.

Add items to your cart, enter delivery and contact details, choose a payment method and confirm the order with an obligation to pay. You can change the details and cart before confirming. The contract is formed when the order is confirmed and payment succeeds. We send an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable goods.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. The price displayed for the product is its selling price. Delivery costs and the full amount payable, including applicable taxes, appear at checkout before you confirm the order. Later price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payments are handled by the relevant payment providers; do not email card details.

Production and delivery

Production times, delivery times and charges are described in our shipping policy. If the agreed delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you and agree the next steps. Delays do not limit your statutory rights.

For consumer deliveries, the seller bears the risk of accidental loss or damage until the goods are handed to the consumer or their nominated third party, except where the law provides otherwise.

Withdrawal and complaints

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Producing standard catalogue goods after ordering does not by itself exclude this right. Our returns policy explains notices, returns and refunds.

We are responsible for conformity of goods as required by law. Email complaints to contact@t-shark.ee; we respond in writing within 15 days. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Personal data and use of the store

Our privacy policy explains processing of information needed for fulfilment and customer service. Newsletter subscription is optional. Do not use the store unlawfully or damage other users or systems. Respect the intellectual property rights of content owners.

Applicable law and disputes

Estonian law applies. This does not deprive consumers living elsewhere of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. We first seek to resolve disputes through discussion. Consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent court. Changes to these terms apply to orders placed after publication.

Store platform and personal information

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes visits and purchases, including for services informed by interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries. Our privacy policy explains processing, consent choices and your rights.
