Production and delivery times

Our products are made to order. Allow 2 days for production after we receive your order and payment, followed by up to 5 days for delivery. The expected total is therefore up to 7 days. Any specific delivery information provided at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to that order.

Delivery charges

Delivery within Estonia costs €6 per order. Delivery to other European Union countries costs €9 per order. Available delivery methods and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. For destinations outside the EU, availability and charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking and delays

Your order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Where the carrier provides tracking, we include it in your dispatch notification. Please check your delivery address and contact details before paying.

If we cannot meet the agreed delivery time, we will contact you to agree on the next steps. Delays do not limit your statutory rights. For consumer orders, we bear the risk of loss or damage until the goods are received by you or a third party you designate, except where the law provides otherwise.
