Information and purposes

We process your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and payment status to accept and fulfil your order, based on the contract. Accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations. We process enquiries, returns and disputes to resolve your request and protect legal rights. Providing the information needed to fulfil an order is necessary to complete a purchase.

Device, IP address and technical logs may be processed for security and reliability based on our legitimate interests. Optional marketing newsletters require consent and include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Service providers

Shopify provides our storefront. Necessary order information is shared with Printify, the production partner and carrier to produce and deliver your order. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms. Do not send full card details through email or our contact form.

Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Transfers must rely on applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of relevant recipients and safeguards.

Reviews

We use Judge.me to collect and display reviews. Review information includes the rating, text, display name, email address, and order and product information used to verify a purchase. Submitting a review is voluntary. Your chosen display name, rating, review and submitted photos or videos may be public; your email address is not displayed in the public review. Do not include sensitive information. Review administration and purchase verification rely on our legitimate interest in trustworthy customer feedback. Contact us to amend or remove a review. Automatic review invitations are currently disabled.

Shopify enhanced services

Shopify processes information about visits and purchases and combines it with interactions with other Shopify merchants and Shopify services to improve services, personalise experiences and provide advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers in other countries. Tracking and personalised advertising requiring consent depend on your consent. Read Shopify's consumer privacy policy. You can also exercise rights, withdraw consent or object through Shopify's privacy portal.

Retention

Accounting source documents are retained for the statutory period, generally seven years from the end of the relevant financial year. Other information is retained only as long as needed for its purpose and reasonably necessary to resolve claims; retention needs are reviewed. Consent-based marketing stops when consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may access, correct or request erasure of your information, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. We normally respond within one month and may request information needed to verify your identity. Legal retention requirements and other people's rights may limit a request. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies support the cart, security and requested services. Where consent is required, optional analytics and advertising cookies are used only with consent. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent a normal purchase. You can change your choice using the store's cookie preferences.
