How do I choose a size?

When will my order arrive?

Products are made to order. Allow 2 days for production after we receive your order and payment, followed by up to 5 days for delivery. The expected total is up to 7 days. Any specific delivery information at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to that order. Read our production and shipping policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €6 per order within Estonia and €9 per order to other European Union countries. For destinations outside the EU, availability and charges are shown at checkout if that destination is supported. The final delivery method and total are shown before payment.

Can I return a product?

For ordinary catalogue products, you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Making a catalogue product to order does not by itself make it personalised. Exceptions may apply to individually personalised products. The buyer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Read our withdrawal and returns policy.

Where can I find tracking information?

Where the carrier provides tracking, we email the details after dispatch. Updates may take a little time to appear in the carrier's system.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Email contact@t-shark.ee or use our contact form. Include your order number and a description of the issue. If the item is damaged or misprinted, include a photo if possible.
